The following are stories that are making the headlines over at Topix Singapore News today, edited by yours truly.

-Petrol prices drop third time in two weeks: Shell cut 4 cents per litre off its main grade, 3 cents off V-Power and 2 cents off its diesel prices on Monday.
-NAC to review S'pore Arts Fest: The National Arts Council will review the organisation and form of the Singapore Arts Festival to improve its programming and delivery.
-Singapore plans new measures to boost birth rate: The new measures will include more financial support for parents and policies to encourage a pro-family environment in the workplace.
-About 1,000 Singaporeans give up their citizenship each year: In the last three years, an average of 1,000 Singaporeans gave up their citizenship each year because of reasons from marriage to foreigners, to yearning for a different environment.
-Customers complained of overcharging of electricity bills: A record number of complaints about overcharging for electricity were investigated by Singapore Power last month.
-$1 million bounty for Mas Selamat: Singapore on Monday offered a reward of one million dollars for information leading to the recapture of an alleged extremist leader whose escape in February stunned the city-state.
-Free durians in Singapore: Wild durians in Singapore are less fleshy than those for sale, but pickers say some of the breeds are XO or red-fleshed varieties, which are purportedly of better quality.
-HOTA to be amended to increase donors: Changes will include removing the age limit on cadaveric donors, and could also allow financial compensation by third-parties to altruistic donors.
-Govt property vacant for years: Government chalets left to go to seed and unleased for over 14 years and other buildings and tracts of land left empty for years on end.
- Singaporean girls - hot or not?: Matador Nights, an Internet travel magazine that claims to explore 'the world's best nightlife', has ranked Singapore among the top 10 cities in the world with the hottest girls.
